Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Staff Nurse for the Integrated Assessment Unit. The role is Band 5 on a permanent contract, focusing on assessing, planning and evaluating patient care while providing clinical expertise and acting as a role model.

You will lead, support, supervise and teach staff as appropriate and contribute to effective management of the clinical area.

Qualifications

• Assess, plan and evaluate patient care.
• Lead, supervise and teach staff where appropriate.
• Demonstrate high level of clinical decision making in daily practice.
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives and the MDT.

Responsabilités
