Staff Nurse - Hospital at Home

We have an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Children's Nurse to join the Children and Neonatal Hospital at Home Team to cover maternity leave. The service operates a shift system over 7 days.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an individual who possesses the skills and enthusiasm to contribute to the ongoing development of this service.

A qualitative and safe experience is at the heart of this service. If you have the experience and desire to improve services for our children and young people, then this will be the challenge for you.

This position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to build upon existing skills and knowledge, whilst working within a friendly, developing team with a vision for continually improving children's services within a dynamic District General Hospital (DGH).

If successful in this role, a standard/enhanced DBS check will be required. The Trust will cover the cost, which will be deducted from your salary over three months.

As this vacancy is within the Women’s and Children’s division, successful applicants must join the DBS update service at a cost of £13 per year, payable by the applicant. Further details will be provided upon appointment.
