Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Guildford is recruiting a Band 5 Nurse for the Health Based Place of Safety. The post requires you to have completed your preceptorship and to confidently carry out medication administration, documentation, and support junior staff.

You will work under Band 6 supervision, liaise with AMPH for MHA assessments, and contribute to safe admission, discharge, and patient welfare while maintaining a safe ward environment.

Are you an experienced Band 5 nurse looking for a unique opportunity? Health Based Place of Safety are recruiting a Band 5 Nurse. For this role we would ask that you have completed your preceptorship programme and can confidently carry out medication, accurately document and support junior staff. The post is supported by Band 6 Nurses, a Ward Manager and several extremely experienced junior staff. If you have further questions regarding the role please contact the Ward Manager.
