A major NHS Trust in Manchester seeks a passionate Band 5 nurse to support the Gender Affirmation Service focused on masculinising chest wall contouring surgery. Working between North Manchester and Trafford General Hospitals, the ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a keen interest in gender affirmation care and team collaboration. Applications are invited for a passionate Band 5 nurse. This post is based within the Gender Affirmation Service at North Manchester General Hospital and will work between North Manchester General Hospital and Trafford General Hospital, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. The Breast Surgery Unit at MFT is a large unit and seeks to appoint a Band 5 Staff Nurse with an interest in supporting our Masculinising chest & Oncoplastic Breast Surgery team to deliver an exceptional service to patients. The appointee will join a team of chest wall contouring and oncoplastic breast surgeons working between NMGH and TGH. The post will appeal to appropriately trained nurses who have a specific interest in gender affirmation and wish to gain specialised experience and knowledge in gender affirming chest wall contouring surgery.
