Hours: 36 hours per week


Salary: From £21.00 per hour (Paid breaks)

Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being during the night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high standards of care in accordance with the care plan and individual needs of residents.
• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Monitoring and assessing residents' health conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Providing support and guidance to healthcare assistants and other team members during the night shift.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of nursing care provided.
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Responding to emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
• Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin number.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of nursing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
