An exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse has opened within the NHS in Wolverhampton, focusing on Tissue Viability and complex wound care. The role offers extensive training, flexible working arrangements, and the chance to lead service improvements while working with an established team of nurses dedicated to patient care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Ambulatory Care District Nursing Clinics.
You do not need to have community nursing experience as we are committed to supporting your development during your induction and beyond. It would be an advantage if you have experience in vascular, surgical nursing and or tissue viability experience, although not essential.
We are a transforming service working towards enhancing care provision for people with complex wounds, surgical drains, catheter care and nephrostomy care. As an evolving service we have many service improvement initiatives in development which support the implementation of the National Wound Care strategy. We work collaboratively with the Tissue Viability Team, Vascular Service, Foot Health and Compton Lymphoedema service as well as with regional networks.
Within this role, you will independently run a variety of clinics, completing comprehensive holistic assessments, advising on optimal wound treatment and ensuring patient care plans follow the, catheter and wound care pathways.
