Elysium Healthcare is hiring an experienced Nurse (RMN, RNLD or RGN) at Adderley Green in Stoke-on-Trent. You'll join a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to adults with neurological needs on a specialist inpatient service.

The role includes assessment, planning, and evaluation of care; mentoring colleagues; maintaining accurate records; and supporting staff wellbeing. A 9-month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary and our benefits package awaits.

What you will be doing

As a qualified Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), you will people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries. receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety. Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
• Providing mentorship and support to team members
• Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided

This is a 9 Month fixed term contract

You will be working at Adderley Green, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.

The extensive facilities cater for the specific needs of people aged over 18 years who have complex neurological care and rehabilitation requirements. You will working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver truly person-centred services where each individual is at the heart of everything.

Adderley Green offers a full inter disciplinary team to support and enable residents to undergo reviews of their specific and/or changing needs and work towards targeted and monitored goals utilising nationally recognised outcome measures
