Job summary

HCA UK Wellington Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Medical & Surgical Ward to deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across the inpatient journey. You will work with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, ensuring compassionate and patient-centred experiences for those with acute medical conditions and post-operative needs.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.

As a Staff Nurse in the Medical & Surgical Ward, you'll deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout their inpatient journey. You'll work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, ensuring every patient receives a seamless and compassionate experience. You'll support patients with acute medical needs, post-operative recovery, admissions and discharges, while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, dignity and clinical excellence. • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
• Must have previous post registration experience working within an Acute Medical and Surgical Ward environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
