Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Staff Nurse to join a leading dialysis clinic in West Byfleet, Surrey. You will deliver high-quality haemodialysis care, mentor colleagues and work within a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers day shifts from Monday to Saturday, with a salary of £28,000–£42,000 per year DOE and generous benefits including 35 days of leave, flexible contracts and pension options.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified as an RGN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
• Prefer experience in renal nursing.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the West Byfleet, Surrey area.You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
• Mentor and assist team members
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trusts
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patients
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Experience in renal nursing is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues
• Ability to adapt to change within the working situation
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible
• Able to work effectively within a team

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £28,000 - £42,000 per annum DOE.This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
