Job summary

Clipstone House in Mansfield is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to adults with a range of mental health conditions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Registered with NMC and holding a relevant nursing qualification, you will contribute to assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, while mentoring peers and maintaining accurate records.

What you will be doing:

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure men and women with a range of mental health conditions in this Mental health service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety. Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users

The shift patterns include working days, nights and weekends on rota basis,12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. 37.5 hours per week.

Clipstone House,based in Mansfield, is looking for Staff Nurses (RMN/RNLD) to join the team. Clipstone has apartment based settings, supporting for service users with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Challenging Behaviours and Mental Health.
