Job summary

MPA Recruitment in Limavady is seeking Staff Nurses to join a residential/nursing setting with an immediate start and flexible hours. You will deliver care tailored to the social, emotional, and physical needs of residents and contribute to a supportive, respectful environment.

Assigned shifts include day and night options, with part-time, full-time and Ad Hoc hours available. Weekly pay and a £1000 sign-up bonus* are provided to new staff, with ongoing opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Qualified RGN/SEN.
• Must be currently registered on the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).

Responsibilities

• Create a caring and supportive environment for residents while encouraging maximum independence.
• Maintain high standards of care reflecting social, emotional and physical needs of each resident.
• Keep essential records as required by the Association and Inspection agencies.
• Ensure confidentiality within the ward is maintained by all staff.

Job description

MPA are currently recruiting Staff Nurses to join our team in the Limavady area to work within a residential/nursing setting. This position will have an immediate start and flexible working hours available. Within this role you will ensure that the provision of care is appropriate to the social, emotional, and physical needs of each resident. £27-£31 per hour (depending on shift worked).

Role Responsibilities

• To create a caring and supportive environment for patients whilst encouraging maximum independence.
• To ensure high standards of care are maintained at all times which reflect the social, emotional and physical needs of each patient.
• To maintain all records identified as necessary by the Association and Inspection agencies.
• To ensure confidentiality within the ward is maintained by all staff.
• To Association Policies, Procedures and Standards are adhered to and properly implemented by staff.

Essential Criteria

• Qualified RGN/SEN
• Must be currently registered on the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)

Desirable Criteria

• 6 months Experience
• Experience of supervising staff.
