Job summary

North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an LD nurse to act as a named nurse / care coordinator, planning and delivering tailored care for people with learning disabilities. The post includes regular duties as Nurse in Charge and opportunities to drive practice development within the team.

Applicants should hold a valid RNLD registration and have evidence of post-basic education and ongoing professional development.
