Job summary

Wayve is seeking a Staff Machine Learning - Ops to own and enforce release gates across the model training lifecycle. You will lead the ML delivery pipeline improvements, review release content for quality and safety, and partner with platform, CI/CD and evaluation teams to optimize end-to-end model deployment.

This full-time role is based in London with a hybrid working policy, combining office collaboration with home working to fuel innovation and learning.

Qualifications

• Strong ML Ops, model registry and lifecycle experience.
• Deep technical depth in ML training and deployment.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorRT and quantisation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers and product teams to deliver features end to end.
• Review release content to ensure quality and safety before shipping.
• Identify bottlenecks in the ML delivery pipeline and drive fixes.
• Collaborate with AI Platform teams to ensure tooling meets delivery needs.
• Collaborate with CI/CD teams to adapt workflows and streamline model delivery.
• Collaborate with evaluation teams to ensure robust evaluation methods.
