Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in the United Kingdom is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join the Visual Computing Group (VCG) and redefine game rendering and live streaming through advanced R&D.

You will develop generative graphics models, prototype new methods, contribute to publications and patents, and collaborate with teams across Sony to push performance, visual quality, and latency beyond the state of the art.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in CS/AI/Graphics or equivalent experience
• 7+ years demonstrable research experience
• Strong TensorFlow or PyTorch and Python CV/Graphics stack
• Publications in top-tier conferences
• Experience with large datasets and training deep nets

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve generative models for graphics and video processing
• Research new graphics or data generation methods
• Collaborate on publications and patent submissions
