Improve reliability, scalability, and operability of the Hubbernetes fleet.
Lead cross-team platform projects including AKS migrations and capacity management.
Collaborate with service owners to define safe migration paths and operational standards.
Debug and resolve complex production issues across Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud infra.
Develop automation and guardrails for workload quality and incident response.
Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards through reviews and direction.
Write and maintain reliable platform software; Go experience is helpful.
Participate in on-call and post-incident follow-ups to prevent recurrence.
