Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is partnering with a high-growth, deep-tech company to hire a Staff Software Engineer who will architect and build the orchestration engine behind a next-generation physical automation platform. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days on-site in London.

You'll stay hands-on in Go, real-time streaming and distributed systems, own major technical decisions, and lead experienced Senior Engineers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years engineering experience.
• Strong Go / Golang.
• Real-time, streaming or distributed systems experience.
• Strong architecture and systems engineering fundamentals.
• Experience technically leading Senior Engineers.
• Complex product / 0-1 engineering experience.
• Rust highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the orchestration engine for a next-generation platform.
• Remain heavily hands-on while making major technical decisions.
