Job summary

Arm Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to lead sophisticated technical deliveries and shape the engineering experience for Arm's hardware and software engineers.

You will work hands-on across UI/backend, CI/CD, and security, delivering a secure, scalable developer portal and self-service tooling. Collaboration across multiple teams will be essential, with a strong focus on usability and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production-grade web applications.
• Experience with React or a similar modern JavaScript framework.
• Experience with continuous delivery and automated testing for production systems.
• Strong understanding of security fundamentals for distributed systems and service integration.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design, implementation and evolution of developer-facing systems and features to reduce cognitive load and enable self-service.
• Collect feedback from internal teams to understand challenges and design solutions, driving feature development, UX and usability improvements.
• Develop, operate and evolve the Engineering Portal UI & backend to ensure secure, reliable delivery and high-quality user experience.
• Design, build and maintain the developer portal including CI/CD pipelines, documentation, automated testing, security upgrades, and observability integrations.
• Partner with platform, software and hardware teams to integrate services, tooling, and policies into the portal in a user-centric and automated manner.
