CoreWeave is hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer for its Physical AI platform. You will own the frontend surface, shaping data-heavy workflows, experiment explorers, and agentic interfaces. Expect collaboration with Design, Product, and Backend Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable UI across modules.

You will mentor engineers, drive performance, testing, and design-system evolution while operating at staff scope or exceptional senior level, in a fast-paced AI-centric environment.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, at Senior or Staff scope.
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript and web fundamentals; experience structuring large-scale frontends across modules.
• Proven background building visualization-centric UIs, dashboards, charts, time-series metrics, or experiment explorers.
• Hands-on experience integrating frontends with REST or GraphQL APIs; understanding of service-oriented architecture and Python web frameworks.
• Experience with database data flows (PostgreSQL), cloud/container infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes), and frontend observability tools (Sentry, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
• Strong testing habits (unit, integration, end-to-end), CI/CD, and frontend build tooling (Storybook, design systems).
• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the frontend surface of the Physical AI platform, including component architecture and design system evolution.
• Drive performance optimization and production operations for data-heavy workflows.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Backend Eng to craft intuitive UIs and Python-backed API contracts.
• Shape frontend developer experience; maintain high testing standards and mentor engineers across the organisation.
• Integrate agentic capabilities safely and contribute to reliability, observability, and tooling improvements.
