Job summary

Ravio is transitioning from a traditional SaaS posture to an agent-based platform. We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead technical design across the customer-facing web app, the agentic platform, and the shared infrastructure that connects them.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with opportunities to move into management as we scale; you will own architecture, drive decisions, raise code quality, and mentor engineers across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial engineering with platform-shift leadership.
• Deep system design depth: durability under failure and multi-service orchestration.
• Senior fluency in TypeScript/Node; backend and frontend familiarity.
• Experience with distributed monorepos and deployable services.
• Ability to ship fast under product pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and technical design across the stack: web app, agentic platform, and shared infrastructure.
• Lead technical decisions, reviews, and improvements to code quality and reliability.
• operate as a hands-on IC while guiding teams through platform shifts.
