Ravio Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape architecture across the customer web app, agentic platform, and shared infra. You will lead design decisions, raise code quality, and tackle high‑level reliability challenges during a major platform shift.

This hands‑on IC role offers potential management paths as the company expands, with a remote‑friendly, autonomous culture and opportunities to influence product scale and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years commercial engineering experience with leadership during platform shifts.
• System design depth including durability, multi-service orchestration, observability and ops fluency.
• Fluency in TypeScript and Node, backend and frontend exposure (PostgreSQL, GraphQL or HTTP APIs, GCP).
• Experience owning code in a distributed monorepo with multiple deployable services.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and technical design across the stack: web app, agentic platform, and shared infrastructure.
• Lead technical decision‑making, code reviews, and design reviews to raise quality and reliability.
• Drive the platform shift from PMF to scale; manage high-velocity delivery under product pressure.
• There are opportunities to move into management as Ravio grows.
