The Primary Purpose of the Staff Electronics Engineer is to act as a technical lead, providing subject matter expertise in electronics and embedded systems product development to help architect and shape electronics solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle - from concept to manufacture. Where the Staff engineer assimilates line management responsibilities, they are also responsible for the growth, development and day-to-day pastoral care and provide resolution or a path of escalation when issues arise.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days a week being based in the office.
