Job summary

Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform, is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to be a technical leader and force multiplier for our data organization. You will bridge business strategy and production-ready machine learning, building scalable data products that deliver measurable business results.

In this role you will own the full model lifecycle, mentor senior data scientists, and drive end-to-end deployment while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to solve

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering with production impact.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy automated ML systems balancing speed and quality.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps with clear outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of ML products integrated with production infra.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business to align technical strategy with goals.
• Establish standards for model development and reproducibility.
• Own the model lifecycle from data design to long-term performance.
• Mentor Senior and Mid-level Data Scientists to raise the technical bar.
