Qualifications

• Deep Software & Data Engineering fundamentals.
• Track record owning complex production systems end-to-end.
• Experience shaping architecture across multiple systems.
• Excellent technical judgement and architectural instincts.
• Experience leading major technical initiatives as an IC.
• AI/ML experience is a bonus, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of core data infrastructure.
• Design and build scalable data platforms from the ground up.
• Solve complex problems around scale, reliability, security & cost.
• Influence engineers and raise the technical bar.
• Stay hands-on with code and production systems.
• Work across Data, Platform, Software & AI.
