Job summary

Oliver Bernard has partnered with an AI-native start-up building technology for institutional investors and trading teams. They seek a Senior AI Engineer to move AI systems from experimentation into production, across LLM/NLP pipelines, Python services and data workflows.

London-based role with three days in the office, offering ownership and scope to influence the technical direction as you work with engineers, researchers and market specialists to deploy reliable AI/ML solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems.
• Experience with LLMs/NLP, multi-agent workflows, fine-tuning, Airflow or AWS is a plus.

They’re now looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join the team and help take their AI systems from experimentation into production.

You’ll be working across:

• LLM / NLP pipelines and model evaluation
• Python services and data pipelines
• AWS, containers and CI/CD
• Identifying ways to improve accuracy, reliability and performance
• Working closely with engineers, researchers and market specialists

They’re looking for someone with strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, alongside hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems.

Experience with LLMs/NLP, multi-agent workflows, fine-tuning, Airflow or AWS would be useful, but the main thing is having a track record of actually building and shipping things.
