Oliver Bernard is partnering with a stealth London startup building the infrastructure behind the next generation of AI. They offer a genuine Staff / Principal opportunity for someone who wants to shape architecture, set technical direction and stay deeply hands-on.

You’ll join early to tackle complex data problems at scale, working across Data, Platform, Software & AI Engineering to build the foundations of the platform. 2 days a week in London.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Engineer or Software Engineer with production systems experience.
• Ability to shape architecture and set technical direction.
• Hands-on leadership while contributing code.
• Experience owning complex technical problems end-to-end.
• AI experience is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and tackle complex data problems at scale across Data, Platform, Software & AI Engineering.
• Help shape architecture and set the technical direction of the platform.
• Lead technically while remaining hands-on with code.
