Job summary

vgroup is seeking a Staff Engineer for the Engine Department aboard ORIENT EXPRESS OLYMPIAN. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all machinery and spaces, while supporting the Chief Engineer in planning and executing maintenance, technical projects and safety management.

The position requires Advanced IGF Code and STCW compliance, with company-specific training per form C601d. Embarkation is February 2027, with a 2 months on/off contract and rotation.”

The role ensures the safe, efficient and reliable operation of all machinery, technical spaces and assigned systems, while supporting the Chief Engineer in the planning, execution and control of maintenance, technical projects, safety management and operational readiness of the vessel.
