PhysicsX is building an AI-driven simulation platform in the UK. We hire software engineers to empower Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Simulation Engineers to create, train and deploy physics-informed models.

You will own your work from implementation to production, ensuring quality, scalability and observability. You will collaborate across backend, frontend and design teams, gather end-user domain knowledge, and help shape the future of our software engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and Go.
• Experience with testing, containerisation, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with event-driven messaging using NATS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes; CKAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a platform used by Data Scientists and Simulation Engineers to build, train and deploy Deep Physics Models.
• Collaborate in a focused, cross-functional team to meet objectives.
• Gather domain knowledge from end users to inform product development.
