Rothstein Recruitment seeks a Staff AI Engineer to own the architecture, governance, and operational framework behind advanced AI and agent-based systems within a FinTech context. You will design scalable platforms and standards for deployment, monitoring, and safety across enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed AI as a foundational capability, ensuring security, compliance, and reliability while shaping the technical roadmap for AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or AI-focused experience.
• Experience in FinTech, banking, payments or other regulated sectors.
• Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks, evaluation platforms, and model monitoring solutions.

Responsabilités

• Design the platform architecture that supports intelligent agent deployment and lifecycle management.
• Establish governance frameworks, permissions, execution boundaries, and autonomy for agents.
• Build observability and evaluation mechanisms to measure performance, reliability, accuracy, and cost.
• Drive decisions around AI infrastructure, orchestration, and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and product teams on platform-wide design initiatives.
• Implement safeguards and governance measures for regulated environments.
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, and production-ready.
• Contribute to the long-term AI strategy and technical roadmap.
