Multiverse, a leading AI-first upskilling platform, is seeking a senior engineer to shape the next wave of growth in its AI Transformation team. You will own multi-agent coordination, ship production AI systems, and build robust evaluation and integration pipelines.

The role blends architecture, coding, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-impact AI products. You will work in a high-velocity, cross-functional environment with a flat structure, a bias to action, and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Shipped multi-agent systems or complex AI products serving real users at scale with architectural ownership.
• Experience in context management, model routing, cost engineering, and tool use for agent augmentation.
• Leadership in cross-functional teams and ability to set technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the agentic platform and multi-agent coordination.
• Ship production AI systems from design to deployment and ensure quality.
• Build evaluation pipelines, human-in-the-loop review, and domain metrics.
• Own the integration layer and data contracts across Multiverse systems.
• Set technical direction and produce production-ready code and docs.
