• At least 10 years of industry experience as a software engineer.
• Led large technical projects spanning multiple teams and functions (6+ months).
• Built successful SaaS products for startup and enterprise users.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects.
• Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure.
• Set technical direction across teams in privacy and AI governance spaces.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new teammates.
• Mentor and raise engineering standards across the UK/Ireland footprint.
