Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an experienced Contador Público to own Colombian statutory accounting and tax compliance while supporting accounting across US entities. You will lead the end‑to‑end monthly and annual close, AR, intercompany balances, and DIAN filings in a fast‑moving, small team.

The role requires a Colombian CPA, 4+ years of hands‑on accounting experience, English fluency (C1+), and multi‑entity experience.

Qualifications

• Contador Público degree from a Colombian university.
• Active Colombian CPA license (Tarjeta Profesional) required.
• 4+ years accounting experience post tarjeta, including end-to-end filings.
• Experience with Colombian tax calendar (IVA, retención, renta, exógena).
• Hands-on Colombian payroll and seguridad social experience.
• Multi-entity experience with intercompany alignment.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with SIIGO/World Office/Helisa/QuickBooks/Bill.com.

Responsibilities

• Own Colombian statutory accounting and tax compliance under NIIF.
• Handle DIAN calendar and ICA filings.
• Coordinate with US entity accounting and AR cycle.
• Prepare month-end and year-end closes; intercompany reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll compliance and intercompany pricing coordination.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Produce ad hoc schedules in English.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support transfer pricing docs.
