Job summary

Manchester City FC is seeking a permanent Facilities Supervisor based at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester. The role involves day-to-day site operations, keeping facilities services at a high standard for colleagues, partners and visitors.

You will contribute to audits, safety checks and efficient use of spaces across a busy multi-use environment. You will work a 5 days over 7 pattern with regular evenings and weekends, coordinating cleaning, security and building maintenance while liaising with

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or supervisory role.
• Ability to supervise cleaning, security or other site service teams.
• Clear and effective communication with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
• Good computer literacy to maintain records and produce reports.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and contribute to improvements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily checks and provide operational support across cleaning, health and safety, building maintenance, grounds, security and energy management.
• Coordinate planning and day-to-day use of the site and support accommodation standards.
• Assist audits and inspections and work with others to meet the needs of a busy environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, partners and contractors to build positive relationships and support continuous improvement.
• Support wider Facilities Management team on meetings, events, and matchday or safety-related activity as required.
