• Experience coordinating facilities management services (cleaning, waste, grounds, maintenance).
• Ability to monitor contractor performance via inspections and audits.
• Understanding of health and safety compliance in a live venue.
• Experience using facilities management software and digital record-keeping.
• Clear communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and act independently, including emergency arrangements.
