Manchester City Football Club is seeking a permanent, full-time Facilities Coordinator to help create a safe, reliable and welcoming stadium environment at Etihad Stadium in Manchester. You will coordinate day-to-day facilities services, supervise contractors, and support continuous improvement across cleaning, waste, maintenance, grounds, security and energy management.

The role requires collaboration with partners and colleagues, site planning input, and participation in emergency call-out

Formación

• Experience coordinating facilities management services such as cleaning, waste and recycling, logistics, building maintenance, grounds or estate management.
• Ability to monitor contractor performance through inspections, audits, agreed measures and practical improvement actions.
• A practical understanding of health and safety compliance and its application within an operational environment.
• Comfortable using facilities management software and standard digital tools to maintain records, complete administration and produce reports.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence positive outcomes.
• Ability to organise priorities, work independently when needed and take part in site key-holder and emergency call-out arrangements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee activity across cleaning, waste and recycling, building maintenance, grounds maintenance, security and energy management.
• Perform inspections and audits to ensure contractors meet standards and implement improvements.
• Support site planning and facilities projects to coordinate work and meet operational needs.
• Build effective relationships with partners, stakeholders and colleagues to understand needs and provide suitable facilities solutions.
• Act as site key holder and participate in emergency call-out to ensure stadium availability.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain safe, secure and high-quality environment.
