Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a proactive Conference and Events Logistics Assistant at the AMEX Stadium in Brighton. You will be hands-on, ensuring event spaces are set up to the highest standards and coordinates with teams to present venues perfectly on matchdays and events.

Key responsibilities include arranging furniture, equipment and materials, receiving deliveries, and maintaining safety and organization across stores and stock areas. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, logistics or similar environments.
• Strong work ethic and ownership of tasks.
• Ability to move furniture and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down conference, hospitality and event spaces for matchdays and events.
• Move and arrange furniture, equipment, signage, linen and materials across the stadium.
• Support operations teams to ensure venues are prepared to the highest standard.
• Receive and check deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Maintain stores and stock levels in a safe, organized manner.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock takes of equipment and supplies.
