Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Part-time Matchday Stadium Assistant to help create a safe, world-class environment for supporters at the American Express Stadium during home games.

You will set up and prepare stadium equipment, perform cleaning and event prep, implement weather-related safety measures, and identify defects while reporting stock shortages. This role relies on teamwork, timeliness and COSHH awareness to deliver an exceptional matchday experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working as part of a team.
• Understanding of COSHH or safety regulations.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high cleaning standards.
• Experience in large facilities or cleaning tasks preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare stadium equipment, facilities and public areas to Premier League standards.
• Carry out essential cleaning, deep-cleaning and event preparation across public and staff spaces.
• Execute weather-related safety measures to keep stadium areas safe for supporters.
• Identify facility defects, report stock shortages and collaborate across departments to deliver a top matchday experience.
