Job summary

Entain is seeking a Kitchen team member to assist the kitchen staff at the stadium, reporting to the Head Chef. The role sits within the Bar and Catering Team and contributes to high standards of food production, health and safety, and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age to work in stadia.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety Certification, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Kitchen team to produce food for the restaurant and fast food outlets to a high standard.
• Ensure orders are read and food is prepared according to the time scales provided.
• Prepare the fast food areas for service.
• Serve food and drink orders in the fast food areas.
• Ensure cleaning rotas are followed throughout food production.
• Perform any reasonable requests made by the line manager.

About the Role

The Kitchen team member assists the kitchen staff in preparing and producing food. Reporting to the Head Chef, the role sits within the Bar and Catering Team and supports the delivery of the highest standard of food production for the Stadium. The post-holder helps meet customer expectations, health and safety requirements and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Kitchen team to produce food for the restaurant and fast food outlets to a high standard
• Ensure orders are read and food is prepared according to the time scales provided
• Prepare the fast food areas for service
• Serve food and drink orders in the fast food areas
• Ensure cleaning rotas are followed throughout food production
• Perform any reasonable requests made by the line manager

Required Experience & Qualifications
