Job summary

Power of Pilates Ltd in Reading (Lower Earley and Crowthorne) invites Reformer Instructors to join a well-established studio network. You’ll teach in spacious reformer studios, provide high-quality sessions, and grow with a loyal client base.

Regular onboarding and ongoing CPD support help you develop professionally in a supportive environment. Pay is £35–£45 per class, with free onsite parking and progression toward a long-term teaching role within the studio.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills and ability to engage with clients.
• Ability to manage mixed-ability Reformers groups and adapt sessions.
• Punctual, reliable and communicates professionally.

Responsibilities

• Teach small groups in reformer studios with confidence.
• Deliver high-quality sessions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training and development.
