Job summary

Paxton Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Civils Site Supervisor for Inverness and shire. The role requires a strong civil engineering background with at least 5 years in the sector and a proactive approach to manage site operations while ensuring health and safety compliance.

The successful candidate will oversee daily site activity, coordinate with project managers and engineers, conduct inspections and risk assessments, and supervise site staff and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the civils sector.
• Valid First Aid certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
