Roche in Welwyn is seeking a Sr. Procurement Partnering Manager - R&D to serve as an insights-driven strategic partner across pRED, gRED, and Product Development.

You will translate data into actionable business cases and partner with internal teams to align on needs and value creation. You will work with Analytics & Insights, Market Intelligence, and Category teams to identify opportunities, drive stakeholder engagement, and lead initiatives that improve procurement performance across Roche’s

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement (multi-category) or equivalent sales/customer management leadership.
• Experience in Pharma R&D landscape (pRED/gRED or clinical development).
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leaders.
• Fluent in English (business level).

Responsibilities

• Act as an insights-driven strategic partner across R&D procurement.
• Synthesize business intelligence, spend analytics, and market trends to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with Analytics & Insights, Market Intelligence, and Category teams to formulate data-informed hypotheses.
• Lead project/workstream initiatives and measure performance against goals.
• Demonstrate enterprise thinking and cross-functional collaboration across Roche network.
