There is a temporary top-up for Bands 2 and 3 reflecting the incorporation of the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum. This will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2025/26 is confirmed.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sexual and Reproductive Health Admin and Clinical staff to deliver timely care. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure, use initiative, and work as part of a team. An excellent telephone manner is vital as the post holder will have direct contact with patients, health professionals, and third-party suppliers, in line with operational practices. The post holder must embrace change and be committed to best practice.
Knowledge of Myrddin, Clinical Workstation, and Lillie Blithe is desirable but training will be provided.
