We are looking for SRE Support Engineers interested in joining the Gigster Talent Network and being considered for exciting upcoming projects with one of our largest clients.
We'll need to cover different time zones - some candidates would work on Pacific Time (think California) office hours while others on UK office hours, so if one of these work hours makes sense to you, please continue reading our job description!
By being a member of the Gigster Network, you'll have access to amazing client projects where you would successfully support their internal IaaS. Successful candidates can provide a wide range of services from “white glove” onboarding to creating informational posts on the community support platform, and everything in between. Additionally, SRE Support Engineers will actively participate in developing the support tools and processes, so we are looking for someone with the maturity to understand what it takes to scale in services.
