Your Career

Palo Alto Networks seeks a senior Threat Hunter for Unit 42's Managed Services. Threat Hunters proactively search for threats across datasets, focusing on malware, threat actor groups, and campaigns, requiring cybersecurity, incident response, and technical skills.

Responsibilities include searching for malicious activity, developing new hunting techniques, and collaborating with teams like Incident Response and Threat Intelligence.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• UK Security Clearance (SC) eligibility

• Background in forensic analysis and incident response tools
• Knowledge of APT operations and organizational cybersecurity measures
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of threat hunting methodologies
• Experience in Incident Response is a plus
• Proficiency in Python and SQL beneficial
• Reverse engineering familiarity advantageous
• Ability to simplify complex ideas
• Experience writing technical reports
• Ability to analyze malicious campaign infrastructure
• Self-starter with adaptability

Qualifications Note
