One of our companies is currently looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager in United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Canada.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role in managing the successful implementation and delivery of complex technical solutions to new clients. You will oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external teams, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and time constraints. You will also be responsible for mitigating risks and facilitating change requests, all while contributing to the overall project governance.

Accountabilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Lead client/internal project kick-off meetings, schedule and manage client update sessions, and coordinate resource planning.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and financial aspects to ensure successful project closure.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing scope, change requests, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success, while maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program Management experience, ideally in a Professional Services setting, managing complex technical solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with Public Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Enterprise software.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and manage client relationships in a client-facing role.
• Experience with project management tools to track and deliver multiple simultaneous projects efficiently.
• Strong collaborative communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience in agile environments, particularly in customer-facing deployments.
• Knowledge or experience in Life Sciences, Pharma workflows, or GxP compliance-related activities is a plus.
