Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on leader to guide a software engineering function within a well-established organization. You will shape modernization efforts, drive people, processes, and innovative practices while maintaining technical credibility and responsible use of AI.

You will lead a 3–5 person software team and oversee a roughly 15-person development function, partner closely with product managers, and develop future leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven software engineering management background.
• Direct management experience over software developers/engineers.
• Ability to remain technically credible with code.
• Experience partnering with product management.
• Willingness to work onsite in Birmingham, AL, 8-5.

Compensation

• $200,000 - $215,000
• 10% annual bonus + year-end bonus
