The primary function of this role is to independently manage the administration of incentive compensation programs, including the calculation of Revenue GTM commissions, monthly accruals, full-year forecasting, and CCOS analysis. Service as an ICM SME.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales compensation administration, including calculation and submission of commissions and accruals accurately and on time.
  • Administer and deliver compensation plans to all Revenue GTM participants.
  • Serve as an SME demonstrating knowledge of ICM system configuration and participate in User Acceptance Testing. Own the data integrity of our Spiff ICM platform.
  • Assist in developing cost models and interpret findings to support leadership decision-making.
  • Provide data and analytic insights on sales effectiveness and enhance dashboard visualizations.
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvements for more efficient monthly commission automation and implement approved changes.
  • Contribute to governance efforts to ensure SOX compliance with policies and workflows.
  • Conduct enablement sessions to educate Revenue teams on incentive programs.
  • Review, evaluate, and modify SPIFF programs as needed.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key partners within Finance, Sales, and People teams.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 4+ years in Sales Compensation, Finance, Business Analysis, or related functions.
  • 2+ years experience designing/configuring ICM platforms (e.g., Xactly, Captivate IQ) strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
