About the Role: As part of our growth plans, Eyelit Technologies is expanding across the UK. The Senior Sales Account Executive will focus on winning new business and driving revenue by selling our Planning, Scheduling, and Execution solutions to complex manufacturing enterprises.

You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to fuel expansion and build strategic partnerships. We offer a high-impact role, career growth, and a supportive culture where your contributions are valued. Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, driving revenue through new logo acquisition, building executive relationships across sectors like semiconductor, automotive, medical devices, electronics, and aerospace & defense, diagnosing client challenges, developing territory plans, providing accurate forecasts, sharing insights for product development, collaborating internally, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications include 10+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in SIOP, S&OP, APS, MES, SCM, ERP to manufacturing clients, with a proven track record of closing large deals and exceeding sales targets. Candidates should be skilled in consultative, value-based selling, capable of engaging with decision-makers, and willing to travel up to 50% across the UK and Europe. Experience in North American or global software companies is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills are required, along with fluency in English and additional European languages as a bonus.
