Job summary

Senzo Group is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer to own and evolve the heart of a real-time data processing platform for a scaling fintech, with fully remote work and UK/Europe/Dubai time zones.

You will architect low-latency distributed services, manage ingestion, processing and distribution of market data, and collaborate with experienced engineers to drive performance, observability and reliability as the platform expands.

Qualifications

• Deep commercial Rust fundamentals for production systems where performance and correctness matter.
• Strong understanding of concurrency and asynchronous programming with ownership and borrowing concepts.
• Experience building or evolving distributed systems where latency, throughput and consistency matter.

Responsibilities

• Own the core Rust services responsible for ingesting, processing and distributing live market data.
• Design systems delivering both low latency and strict data consistency.
• Evolve streaming architecture, addressing partitioning, ordering, scaling and back pressure.
