We are seeking an innovative Senior Quality Auditor, Content Ratings to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team. Your role will include reviewing video assets, ensuring compliance with content policies, working with editorial teams, conducting audits, and collaborating with global teams to prioritize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual reviews of local content policies across global marketplaces.
• Make high-judgment decisions on compliance actions.
• Document incidents and generate quality reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
• Drive projects to improve support functions, leveraging technology and automation.
• Maintain SOPs by coordinating with Policy, Operations, and Program teams.
• Build dashboards, analyze metrics, and surface insights for efficiency.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Develop expertise in industry best practices.
• Identify violations of policies, risks, and legal issues proactively.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in Trust & Safety Operations, Content Ratings, or Content Classification.
• Ability to meet deadlines and operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with audit mechanisms.
• Researching and analyzing current trends and news.
• Knowledge of global political, religious, and social-cultural topics.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across functions and marketplaces.
