Job Description:

Want to be a global program leader who scales safety initiatives worldwide? Are you looking for a role with international impact and high visibility? We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to join as a Sr. Program Manager on the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Accountability team.

In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership for expanding and creating safety programs internationally. We seek a leader who can navigate complex global requirements, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver results through cross-functional teams at a massive scale. The ability to scale and adapt successful programs to regions while meeting regional requirements will be key.

You will own global program expansion, including research, design/localization, stakeholder alignment across regions, influencing partner team roadmaps, development of global KPIs, and overseeing execution. Success depends on managing multiple regional priorities while delivering cohesive global solutions. Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key job responsibilities
  • Analyze regional requirements and local regulations to adapt safety programs
  • Design scalable program frameworks to meet diverse regional needs
  • Create and deliver multi-year global expansion roadmaps with regional teams
  • Build relationships with international stakeholders for alignment and adoption
  • Define and document business requirements enabling regionalization using common infrastructure
  • Create KPIs to track global progress
  • Lead executive communications across regions
  • Manage business risks across regulatory environments
  • Navigate dependencies across technical and non-technical teams
  • Own program execution through regional operations teams
  • Prioritize initiatives to maximize impact and align stakeholders
A day in the life

You will lead the global safety program expansion, connect with international stakeholders, analyze regional data, adapt programs, prepare documentation, and present to leadership. You will develop regional requirements, success metrics, and oversee end-to-end delivery across time zones.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, delivery, and reporting to senior leadership
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience defining requirements and using data for improvements
  • Strong problem-solving skills in tight schedules
  • Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • MBA
  • Bachelor's in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent
  • Intermediate knowledge of Python or SQL
